G2 Drills & Exercises


Hey Golfing Students, here are the stretches and drills I have assigned you. Just click on the link and you should be directed to a video with explanation. Email (GGG2@ME.COM) me if you have difficulty or you have any questions. Do the assignments in a pain free state. If you end up in a pretzel position, you are likely doing it incorrectly. Have fun! Doing functional exercises and increasing range of motion and muscle endurance will only lead to better golf. Why else would we put ourselves through it ???
